Biography
Gilly Kelly is an associate in Armstrong Teasdale’s Corporate Services practice group. She has experience in estate planning as well as trust and estate administration and has represented clients in tax-related matters. She frequently assists clients in developing and implementing estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, medical directives and financial powers of attorney and has assisted in the preparation and review of tax forms including income tax returns, gift tax returns and estate tax returns. Gilly has also assisted in preparation of deeds and advised regarding business organizational documents.

Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale as an attorney, Gilly worked for the firm as a law clerk. She spent two years serving as a research assistant for a law professor at Washington University School of Law. Gilly was also a summer legal intern at the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.
