Biography
Gregory Todd focuses on real estate and creditors’ rights matters in both Missouri and Kansas. With over 17 years of experience, he is particularly skilled in matters involving enforcement of loan documents, including foreclosure and resolution of real estate title defects. In addition, Greg routinely represents banks and other financial lending institutions with respect to documenting commercial loan transactions.
Greg represents banks, mortgage servicers and individuals, who rely on his knowledge of the complexities and nuances related to this area of the law. He also has significant experience in representing buyers/borrowers in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
