Biography
Joanne Rogers has significant experience representing clients in the automotive, aircraft, boiler, pump and medical device industries on matters related to asbestos and pharmaceutical litigation.
Her experience extends to litigation involving pharmaceuticals, asbestos, benzene, contracts, real estate, landlord-tenant and family court. She has worked on large-scale electronic document reviews and redactions and is skilled at managing all phases of litigation, including development of pre-litigation strategy, management of discovery and negotiation of settlements. She is also skilled at drafting settlement releases to ensure compliance with Medicare MMSEA Section 111.
As national counsel for clients, Joanne interfaces with local counsel across the U.S. to coordinate case management and discovery nationwide, and facilitates periodic meetings between clients’ general counsel and local counsel across the U.S. to discuss case resolution strategy and annual budgets. She prepares case analysis for executive summaries evaluating the level of exposure and the estimated settlement value of pending cases, and creates litigation summary presentation slides for clients’ corporate board meetings.
Joanne also has significant transactional experience in commercial and residential real estate.
