Biography
Julie Johnston-Ahlen has represented a wide range of corporations, partnerships and individuals in litigation matters.
She has significant experience in state and federal courts, including federal bankruptcy courts. Julie’s broad litigation practice has most recently focused on antitrust, bankruptcy, technology, real estate and class action defense.
She also has experience litigating cases involving contracts, intellectual property, fraud, fiduciary relationships, employment, partnerships and closely held corporations.
Background
Julie was previously a lawyer at Novack and Macey in Chicago, and joined Armstrong Teasdale in 2023. Prior to that, she was an associate in the bankruptcy practice group of a global firm.
Before attending law school, Julie owned an information technology consulting firm for more than five years.
