Karl Riehl has over two decades of legal industry experience in practice management, recruitment, professional development and human resources. As Chief Administrative Officer, he is responsible for leading the firmwide practice management, professional development, human resources, business development and marketing, information resources and business intelligence, office operations, and recruiting functions.
Karl delivers visionary, results-driven leadership in designing and executing programs and policies that attract top talent across all levels, cultivate and retain high-performing professionals, and drive operational excellence within every practice area – elevating both efficiency and productivity firmwide.
With a commitment to improving the administration of the law, advancing the careers of law students and attorneys, and fostering diversity, equity and inclusion, Karl is a sought-after speaker on various topics related to practice management, professional development and recruiting in the legal industry as well as diversity, equity and inclusion, specifically addressing issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community.
