Armstrong Teasdale U.K. Team Successfully Advises RDCP Group on Majority Stake Acquisition
An Armstrong Teasdale team led by Partners Martin O’Donoghue and Yvonne Costello has successfully advised RDCP Group (RDCP) on the acquisition of a 67.4% majority stake in the Intelling group (Intelling).
Founded in 2015 by Sameer Rizvi and Iryna Dubylovska, RDCP is a diversified conglomerate that now controls $350 million of investments across multiple sectors. This latest deal is RDCP’s seventh acquisition in the last 18 months, following its purchase of Chilango, Ancient House Printing Group, and multiple acquisitions for RDCP Infrastructure. It brings RDCP’s total employee numbers in the U.K. to circa 1,750.
Intelling is a Manchester-based customer communication and management business that turns data into actionable insights that can be used by clients to deliver targeted communications to customers. Intelling counts companies such as O2, Vodafone, TalkTalk, Serco and Experian as key clients.
Commenting on the acquisition, CEO of RDCP Group, Sameer Rizvi, said: “I couldn’t be more excited about the Intelling acquisition.
