Loseman, Price Recognized in Missouri Lawyers Weekly 2024 Power Lists
Missouri Lawyers Weekly has recognized Armstrong Teasdale Partners David G. Loseman and William Ray Price, Jr., in its Power List feature, highlighting Missouri’s most prominent lawyers in numerous practices. Loseman was named to the Power List for Construction Law, and Price was recognized on the Power 100 List, an end-of-year compendium of the top 100 lawyers in Missouri and bordering metro areas.
This is the second year that Loseman has been included on the Construction Law Power List. He represents clients in major construction projects throughout the United States and in several foreign endeavors. In managing construction and design transactions for owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals, he handles contract negotiations and preparations from project conception through completion. In addition, he advises clients in anticipating, addressing and resolving contract and performance issues that arise during and after construction.
Price, who has been recognized for multiple years on the Appellate Law Power List, has tried a number of jury and nonjury trials, argued numerous appeals, and served as a mediator, arbitrator, and court appointed master in various civil and administrative cases. A former judge on the Missouri Supreme Court, he served two terms as chief justice—only the fourth judge to do so since the adoption of the Missouri Court Plan in 1940. In his 20 years on the bench, Ray authored more than 300 published opinions dealing with almost every aspect of Missouri law.
Loseman and Price are profiled in Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s Dec. 11, 2024 issue (subscription required).
