Biography
Nicholas Cornell is an associate in Armstrong Teasdale’s Corporate Services practice group, where he assists clients with issues related to mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and other corporate and transactional matters. He is experienced at conducting research and counseling clients on the obligations imposed by various comprehensive privacy laws and providing guidance on minimizing risk due to data protection and privacy in the M&A context.
Nicholas has experience drafting corporate documents from entity formation to the final stages of a merger. In addition to M&A work, Nicholas regularly assists clients in corporate restructurings, general corporate governance, and any other matters necessary to fulfil the client’s objectives.

Nicholas was a summer associate at Armstrong Teasdale prior to joining the firm full time.
