Ramos, Grigsby Named Among Legal 500 Denver Elite
Armstrong Teasdale Partners Gregory Ramos and Michael Grigsby have been recognized among the Legal 500’s Inaugural Elite City Focus – Denver – Corporate and M&A series, which highlights exceptional, city-based legal leaders who are driving innovation and growth in their practice areas.
Legal 500’s US Elite emphasizes lawyers who are handling work at the top of the legal market in their respective cities. Lawyers are selected based on interviews with top practitioners, referee and peer feedback, and evidence of key matters worked on by the ranked attorneys during the past year.
Ramos is Armstrong Teasdale’s office managing attorney for Denver and has more than 25 years of experience helping companies large and small execute on their strategic vision through mergers and acquisitions, strategic business transactions, corporate reorganization and succession planning. He has closed more than 90 M&A transactions in that time, with an aggregate value exceeding $13 billion, and numerous private offerings aggregating hundreds of millions of dollars.
Grigsby focuses his practice primarily on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financing. Counseling both public and private companies of all sizes, he has wide experience drafting and negotiating documents at all stages of a transaction and regularly oversees due diligence reviews for his clients.
