Biography
Sophia Crain is a member of Armstrong Teasdale’s Litigation practice group. She has gained experience through internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri as well as the Hon. Stephen Welby and the Hon. John Bodenhausen of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. She has drafted legal memoranda, conducted legal research, and presented arguments in court under Rule 13 certification.

Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Sophia was a research assistant for Professor Leila Sadat at Washington University. Before that, she was a research assistant for Professor Morgan Hazelton at Saint Louis University. In addition, she was a member of the First Amendment Clinic at Washington University and served as a legal intern for the Migrant & Immigration Community Action Project (MICA), providing legal aid to English- and Spanish-speaking clients, translating legal documents and drafting letters to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
