Biography
Blake Chrismer is a member of Armstrong Teasdale’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice. He is experienced at drafting a variety of motions, including motions for dismissal and summary judgment; evaluating potential legal positions for client defense; and completing discovery requests, pleadings and research.
Blake applies his past experiences to his wealth of knowledge in intellectual property law in order to protect and defend clients’ creations—copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and patents.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Blake was a summer associate / law clerk at another St. Louis-based firm, in addition to firms in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Austin, Texas, all focused on high-stakes, complex litigation. He also served as an extern for Magistrate Judge Jodi F. Jayne in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, where he previously interned with the U.S. Probation Office recommending criminal sentences to judges.
