Biography
A member of the Litigation practice group, Charles Caltagirone handles matters related to tort defense, commercial disputes and real estate. From small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, he manages complex litigation cases involving product and premises liability, asbestos, construction, property disputes and general business.
Tort Defense
Charles represents companies, including domestic and foreign manufacturers, distributors and retailers, in disputes concerning a wide range of products. He goes above and beyond to learn the intricacies of a client’s product, then applies that knowledge to execute innovative techniques to achieve favorable results.
Charles also advises on personal injury claims based on the liability of commercial property owners, including slip and fall, trip and fall, property hazards and construction accidents.
Asbestos
For large companies, manufacturers, utilities and their insureds, Charles manages alleged claims of physical harm due to asbestos exposure.
Commercial Litigation
Charles provides guidance in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including landlord/tenant disputes, breach of lease or contract and collection practices.
Charles previously served as a member and counsel for the St. Louis Metro Chapter of UNICO, a nationally affiliated charitable organization. Previously, he was counsel for a local commercial and residential construction company.
