Biography
Emmanuel Ihenakwe is a member of Armstrong Teasdale’s Intellectual Property practice group. He leverages his training and experience in chemical engineering, including advanced process control knowledge, to guide clients in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications. In addition, he has experience calculating and reviewing patent extension and adjustment terms for small molecule patents, formulating and reviewing responses to USPTO office actions, and conducting freedom-to-operate and patent portfolio analysis.
Background
Emmanuel was a summer associate at Armstrong Teasdale prior to joining the firm full time. He also held internships and externships with the Hon. James C. Crumlish III of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, GSK’s Global Patents Division, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division.
