Biography
Gay Lynn Manning has been a member of the Intellectual Property practice group for more than 25 years. With a thorough understanding of the trademark process, she assists in protecting the exclusive right to names and brands for many of the firm’s clients.
The majority of Gay Lynn’s time is spent preparing national and international trademark applications. She handles intellectual property acquisition and intake reviews and maintains computerized records of trademark information through docket listings. Gay Lynn proactively tracks responses to statutory actions and ensures associated deadlines are met.
Gay Lynn conducts research, investigates, polices and monitors trademark filings. She also aids in all phases of trademark prosecution and clearance support.
