Biography
Greg Ruff is a member of Armstrong Teasdale’s Corporate Services practice group. With a focus on real estate, M&A and other transactional law, he has helped clients draft operating agreements, independent contractor agreements, client engagement letters, and membership transfer agreements, among other transactional documents. He is skilled at conducting legal research and also assisted with due diligence on a $300 million transaction.
Background
Greg was a summer associate at Armstrong Teasdale prior to joining the firm full time. Before that, he was a law clerk for the 20th Judicial District Attorney’s Office of Colorado. During law school, he also served as a law clerk in the University of Colorado Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where he provided legal services, drafted documents, and helped form local startup businesses lacking access to legal resources. With a background in accounting, Greg also has experience in tax consultancy and financial planning assistance.
