Biography
Kat Januszkiewicz represents clients in contentious matters involving complex commercial disputes, product liability and toxic torts, among other matters. Viewing each case from a practical perspective, she brings a high level of determination and commitment to every client engagement.
Kat is experienced at defending clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation to trial. She regularly drafts pleadings, motions and discovery responses, and takes and defends depositions of plaintiffs and fact witnesses. She handles case-related research projects and manages investigations.

Before joining Armstrong Teasdale, Kat was an associate at another New York area law firm. Prior to her legal career, she studied archaeology and participated in multiple excavations around the Mediterranean.
