Biography
Partner Kate Schroepfer focuses her practice on commercial finance transactions. With more than 20 years of experience, Kate represents both lenders and borrowers in matters involving asset-based financings, cash flow financings, secured and unsecured acquisition financings, real estate financings, leveraged buyouts, mezzanine financings, recapitalizations and refinancings.
Her experience also includes the disposition and acquisition of distressed assets and loans, lease negotiations, purchase and sale transactions, real estate and other complex commercial transactions.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Kate spent more than 20 years in private practice with various other Denver area and national law firms.
