Biography
Linda AuBuchon is a paralegal in the Public Finance practice group.
For municipalities, private real estate developers, bankers and underwriters, Linda assists with public-private real estate development projects utilizing tax increment financing, transportation development districts (TDD) and community improvement districts (CID). On a routine basis, she organizes and coordinates multiple public finance transactions, ensuring all steps are completed and deadlines met.
Assisting in the formation and administration of over 50 special tax districts, Linda ensures special district documentation and compliance measures are followed. She prepares annual budgets and disbursements and disseminates district information and retailer collection/compliance work.
Linda works closely with clients and all participants in each transaction to coordinate document preparation, review, and execution. She keeps the attorneys apprised of deadlines and any issues that may arise during the course of a transaction to ensure the financing progresses smoothly.

Background
Prior to joining the firm, Linda spent five years as a municipal clerk and served two years as a mayoral assistant.
