Led the negotiation of enterprise health record (EHR) licensing and hosting agreements for a multi-hospital health system, including Epic software and related modules. The engagement encompassed negotiation of core commercial terms, data use and ownership, information security requirements, and healthcare-related regulatory provisions, as well as coordination of third-party agreements supporting system-wide implementation.
Enterprise ERP Implementation
Led the negotiation of an enterprise ERP agreement with Workday for a multi-hospital health system, including software licensing, implementation services, and ongoing support. Negotiated the related agreement with the system implementation partner, addressing project governance, delivery milestones, data security, and risk allocation for a large-scale enterprise deployment.
