Lynsey Coffey focuses her practice on technology-related and complex commercial transactions, advising clients on agreements that support critical business operations. Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, she served in a senior contracting role for a multi-hospital health system, where she partnered closely with executive leadership and operational stakeholders to lead enterprise-wide vendor contracting initiatives.

In that role, Lynsey supported technology, clinical, and administrative functions across the organization, negotiating and managing agreements for large-scale implementations and ongoing vendor relationships. Her experience includes SaaS agreements, software licensing arrangements, enterprise IT contracts, cloud-based solutions, and other commercial contracts supporting regulated operational environments.

Lynsey regularly advises clients on commercial agreements involving data privacy, information security, business associate provisions, and related regulatory compliance considerations. Drawing on her healthcare in-house experience, she brings a pragmatic, business-minded approach to risk allocation and contract structuring, helping clients advance strategic initiatives while managing operational and regulatory risk.
