Biography
Marylou Sinko is a paralegal in the firm’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group, where she supports firm lawyers in a variety of insolvency and restructuring-related matters, including corporate takeover and bankruptcy litigation. She is skilled at document production, research and preparing documents for filing with courts.
Marylou is proficient in the use of numerous digital and software tools including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, PowerPoint, CMS/Aderant CLIO, Quickbooks, Tymetrix, Collaborati, FileandServeXpress, PACER, CM/ECF, Eflex, Equifax and Westlaw. She is also a notary public.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Marylou was a corporate litigation, bankruptcy and environmental paralegal at another Delaware law firm. Before that, she served as a paralegal, network and office administrator at other area firms.
