Armstrong Teasdale Welcomes Lawyers in Salt Lake City and St. Louis
Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Associates Sarah Lucas and Katherine L. Vojas to the firm.
Lucas (Salt Lake City) joins the Financial and Real Estate Services practice group and focuses on matters relating to restructuring, creditors’ rights and debt finance. She has experience drafting transactional documents for asset purchase deals, commercial leases, and financing documents. She has also assisted clients with complex entity formation and early-stage financing matters.
Vojas (St. Louis) joins the Litigation practice group and her practice includes general litigation and defending major hospitals, doctors, nurses and other professionals against claims of medical malpractice. A member of the firm’s award-winning Mass Tort and Catastrophic Loss practice area, she also defends clients in litigation alleging catastrophic injuries as a result of product liability and premises liability. Vojas has appeared in various Illinois and Missouri state courts and has tried two cases to verdict in the City of St. Louis.
