Dismissal of Product Liability Case
Secured dismissal of a product liability case in which the plaintiff sought to recover $80,000 in damages involving a failed water supply line. As a condition of granting the plaintiff’s request to voluntarily dismiss, the court included the provision that the plaintiff would have to pay the client’s attorney’s fees and costs related to the dismissed case if it ever refiles the case.
