Biography
Kate Krukowski represents clients in complex commercial and civil matters nationwide. Her experience encompasses disputes in commercial litigation, including complex contract and commercial torts; real estate; employment litigation; and advising higher education institutions.
She provides counsel through all stages of litigation, including developing case strategy, engaging in discovery, participating in evidentiary hearings, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, participating in alternative dispute resolution, and preparing for trial. Kate collaborates closely with her clients, both to understand their immediate and long-term business objectives and ensure their interests are vigorously protected and advanced in litigation.

Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Kate was an associate in the Phoenix office of a national law firm. During law school, she served as an extern to the Hon. G. Murray Snow in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
