Nick Slovikoski is a litigation associate at Armstrong Teasdale, where he handles a wide range of civil matters for clients in state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals.

He has substantial experience conducting investigations and drafting pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions and class action briefing. Experienced in all phases of discovery, trial preparation and negotiation of settlements, Nick is versed in case strategy, pretrial briefing and appeals.

Nick frequently litigates discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases under the Missouri Human Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VII, as well as disputes involving noncompete/nonsolicitation agreements, trade secrets and whistleblowing. He also has experience litigating complex commercial cases, including claims alleging unfair trade practices, contract disputes and tort claims. In addition, Nick is skilled at analyzing insurance policies and providing coverage advice to clients, preparing insurance coverage letters, and litigating coverage disputes and bad faith claims across jurisdictions.
