Biography
Noelle Mack is an associate in the Corporate Services Group. Noelle has experience advising investment advisers and broker-dealers on compliance with federal and state securities laws, including matters arising under the Advisers Act and Regulation Best Interest. She regularly counsels clients on the development, implementation and maintenance of regulatory compliance programs, and represents firms in connection with exams and investigation matters.
Noelle also provides strategic counsel to privately held companies in connection with capital raising efforts, including private placements of securities and debt financings to support growth and operations. She has drafted and reviewed a wide range of legal documents, including offering materials, commercial contracts, financing agreements and governance documents. Her practice also includes advising on complex commercial transactions, both domestic and international, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She guides clients through all phases of their businesses, from entity formation and corporate structuring to ongoing operational compliance. With a strong foundation in securities law and regulatory enforcement, Noelle brings a practical and informed perspective to clients navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.
Background
Noelle was a summer associate at Armstrong Teasdale before joining the firm full time. Prior to that, she was an account executive at a St. Louis-based global PR and marketing agency.
