Biography
Jana Reznickova is an associate in the Corporate Services practice group. She has experience conducting extensive legal research, drafting a range of corporate organization documents, memos, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests and responses. Her background also includes conducting research on secured transactions and bankruptcy.

Background
Jana was a summer associate at Armstrong Teasdale prior to joining the firm full time. She also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Judge Allison Eid of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and as a legal intern in the Business and Licensing Section of the Office of the Colorado Attorney General. She also has prior paralegal experience on matters involving civil litigation, personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice and insurance defense.
