Biography
Jenna Lakamp focuses her practice in the areas of employment and education. She represents both private and public companies of all sizes in a variety of employment-related disputes. Jenna regularly litigates in both state and federal court in Missouri and Illinois, and has extensive experience with complex e-discovery issues. Jenna also provides counseling to clients on day-to-day employment matters, with the goal of preventing litigation. Using her experiences as a litigator, Jenna has also conducted both internal and external investigations for clients into claims of discrimination and hostile workplace practices.
Jenna has counseled and represented private employers, as well as a number of public entities, including higher education institutions and public school districts in employment and student-related claims. Jenna enjoys helping clients navigate both the technical and practical aspects of workplace conflict, whether that is during the administrative process, litigation, or responding internally to employment challenges.

Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Jenna was a senior associate at another St. Louis law firm providing legal representation to public entities across Missouri and Illinois. Jenna has presented on dozens of employment-related issues across the state of Missouri.
