Biography
Jack Butz is a litigator with substantial experience representing clients in complex commercial transactions; white-collar investigations; intellectual property disputes, including trade secrets and breach of contract claims; and consumer class actions.
He is skilled at motion drafting, negotiations and internal investigations.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Jack was a litigation associate in the New York City office of a British multinational law firm. Before that, he was a legal intern on the Homicide Task Force in the Cook County Public Defender’s Office in Chicago.
