Biography
Lynn Hursh, honored with a 2015 award for the highest Missouri defense verdict, has been lead counsel in more than 150 jury trials on behalf of corporate clients in product liability, commercial, insurance, toxic tort and energy-related cases. Lynn has spent his entire career developing the skills necessary for courtroom success. His experience is not only rare, but it is an invaluable asset for evaluating catastrophic events and counseling clients on how to prepare for potential litigation. Lynn’s trials have been reported in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and a number of regional broadcasts and periodicals.
In addition to his trial work, Lynn is frequently consulted on the business and insurance coverage questions presented by incidents that cause significant damage, personal loss, or which have severe business consequences. Having guided hundreds of these matters from first occurrence to final result, he has become proficient in the financial and risk allocation issues resulting from major events.
