2022 Employment and Labor Webinar
As we continue to adapt to changes relating to COVID-19, our virtual employment and labor seminar will offer a comprehensive look at what to expect in 2022. This annual event will kick off with a keynote panel of esteemed HR professionals who will discuss the current landscape and critical challenges across functional areas. A robust roster of Armstrong Teasdale lawyers across the U.S. will cover employment law updates, as well as insight on union organizing issues, employee tax retention credit, employee data breach response and reporting obligations, wage and hour issues, managing a hybrid and global workforce, the evolving noncompete law landscape, employment issues and the rise of the use of artificial intelligence, and other COVID-19-related employment law developments.
This program has been accredited for 3.3 Missouri, 3.0 Kansas, 2.5 Delaware, 3.5 Florida, 2.5 Nevada and 2.5 Pennsylvania (substantive) Continuing Legal Education credits. Colorado, Illinois and Utah Continuing Legal Education credits are pending. This program has also been accredited for 2.75 SHRM PDCs for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® and 2.75 HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
New Jersey CLE – Under New Jersey’s Approved Jurisdiction policy, so long as certain requirements are satisfied, New Jersey attorneys may count towards their New Jersey CLE requirement credit earned through participation in out-of-state courses accredited by a New Jersey Approved Jurisdiction.
New York CLE – Under New York’s Approved Jurisdiction policy, so long as certain requirements are satisfied, New York attorneys may count towards their New York CLE requirement credit earned through participation in out-of-state courses accredited by a New York Approved Jurisdiction.
Massachusetts CLE – While not mandatory, CLE is an important part of practicing law in Massachusetts. The Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct (Rule 1.1) encourage attorneys to complete continuing education on a regular basis.
