Armstrong Teasdale Attorneys Named 2020 Mountain States Super Lawyers® and Rising Stars

DiFillippo practices in the area of commercial litigation and appellate work, and was recognized by Super Lawyers for Business Litigation. She regularly represents clients in commercial and business litigation matters involving contracts, construction, insurance and directors and officers (D&O) liability. She is founder and chair of the State Bar of Nevada’s Litigation Section.
Stolworthy is managing attorney of the firm’s Nevada operations and was recognized by Super Lawyers in the Banking category. He is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice encompasses commercial litigation, including class action cases, white-collar criminal defense and construction litigation. In the commercial area, Stolworthy’s practice focuses on banking, bad faith insurance and coverage and construction issues.
Gehret, recognized by Super Lawyers for Business Litigation, has served as national litigation and bankruptcy counsel for many of the largest companies in Utah and across the country. He represents financial institutions; private equity funds; solar and power companies; health care, pharmaceutical and biotech companies; developers, commercial property owners, title companies and owners associations; and casinos and ski resorts.
Moss is a skilled cross-discipline attorney with experience spanning the corporate, real estate, litigation and white-collar defense areas. He primarily counsels clients related to commercial litigation, real property, securities and regulatory issues. Moss is chair of the Utah State Bar’s Franchise Section and was also recognized by Super Lawyers in the area of Business Litigation.
