Biography
Scott Nading is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group, where he represents clients in a variety of disputes. He has experience drafting, reviewing and editing opinions and memoranda on a variety of complex civil matters, and is skilled at conducting legal research and drafting dispositive motions on cases involving product liability, employment and labor, and complex commercial litigation, among other issues.
Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Scott was an associate at a Kansas City-area law firm where he managed the motion practice for catastrophic injury litigation cases. He was also previously a law clerk for the Hon. John W. Broomes in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and served as a law clerk on multiple federal trials.
