Standing Compensation Committee members include Managing Partner Richard W. Engel and Partners Dale J. Degenshein, Michael S. Jefferies, Tyson H. Ketchum and Monte L. Mann.

“These leadership roles are critical to the firm’s success, and I’m grateful for each of these lawyers committing time and energy to this important responsibility,” said Engel. “The industry is evolving and so are we. As leaders and stewards of the firm, we are dedicated to delivering excellent client service and carrying the firm forward, and I’m confident in these astute lawyers to do just that.”

Degenshein is partner in Armstrong Teasdale’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group and managing attorney of the firm's New York office. She has more than 30 years of experience in cooperative and condominium matters, both as a litigator and transactional attorney, and has represented and advised hundreds of cooperatives and condominiums, as well as developers. She also co-chairs the firm’s Inclusion Committee.

Hereford provides immigration and naturalization services to businesses, families and individuals. She has an extensive background in providing all types of business immigration services for national and international corporations in a wide variety of industries, including multinational, publicly traded and closely held corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and small to mid-sized companies.
