Armstrong Teasdale Partners Recognized Among Nevada Business’ 2023 Top Rank
Armstrong Teasdale announces that two lawyers have been named among Nevada Business’ 2023 Top Rank. Partners Alicia Ashcraft and Jeffrey Barr are among the honorees.
The annual Top Rank list, formerly known as the Legal Elite, highlights Nevada’s top lawyers as chosen by their peers and vetted by a panel of senior lawyers from several firms covering multiple practice areas. The rankings appear in the June issue of Nevada Business magazine.
Ashcraft is managing attorney of the firm's Las Vegas office. A skilled transactional, corporate and administrative law attorney, her practice encompasses complex commercial transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance matters. With more than 20 years of experience representing clients in highly regulated industries such as cannabis and hemp, gaming, liquor and transportation services, Alicia advises businesses through all phases of operation – from startups, through financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, land use and licensing.
Barr has decades of eclectic legal and crisis management experience. While he focuses on counseling clients in the cannabis and hemp industries with respect to business transactions, commercial litigation, real estate, crisis management and government relations, he also has experience with municipal law and has handled civil rights matters for his clients. Barr also handles appeals before the Supreme Court of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit for clients in all industries.
