The bond proceeds will be used to finance major improvements and renovations to a convention center. The financing was was well publicized and involved complex considerations relating to the tax-exempt status of the bonds.

Served as company counsel for the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds to achieve real property tax abatement for a large international company with respect to the expansion of its commercial facility.
